Terms of Service Version 1.4.0 · 26 September 2026

WeekBuffer is operated by Nikali Ltd., a single-member limited liability company registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register, UIC 207724645, VAT number BG207724645. Our registered address is 8 Belite Borove St., Gorna Banya, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact support@weekbuffer.com for service questions and complaints, privacy@weekbuffer.com for personal-data matters, and security@weekbuffer.com for security reports. These Terms concern WeekBuffer at https://weekbuffer.com, not other products operated by Nikali Ltd.

WeekBuffer accounts and paid services are currently offered only to residents of the United States, European Union member states and Australia. We are not currently offering accounts or paid services to UK residents. A displayed currency does not establish eligibility or residence.

Accounts are for people aged 18 or over using the service for their personal household arrangements. By applying for an account, you confirm that you reside in one of the supported markets. Children cannot create accounts. You must provide an email address you control, verify it and explicitly accept the current Terms to complete account setup. Keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. Each participating adult uses their own account. A partner invitation does not permit another person to accept these Terms on your behalf.

These Terms govern your use of WeekBuffer. The Purchase, Subscription and Cancellation Terms at https://weekbuffer.com/subscription-terms additionally govern paid offers. Specific purchase terms take priority for that purchase; mandatory consumer rights always take priority. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain processing and choices; they are not an agreement to marketing or a waiver of privacy rights. You may save or print the legal pages. Version-specific links preserve the text associated with your acceptance.

Creating an account does not purchase a plan, start a paid subscription or authorize a payment. Availability of an account does not mean every paid feature or external integration is available. The purchase flow must show the offer and require a separate affirmative purchase action before any charge.

WeekBuffer helps adults compare work, travel, childcare and backup arrangements, identify timing conflicts and consider changes. Features may include a limited free Stress Test, a return-to-work journey, household plans, scenarios, rehearsal observations and optional Google Calendar connections. Your selected offer describes the features and access period included.

Results are calculations from the information available at that time. Missing information, stale calendar data, estimates and unconfirmed arrangements can change a result. A stable result is not a guarantee of safe childcare, punctual travel, employment outcomes or another person's availability. A suggested, requested or possible helper is not confirmed cover. Confirm important arrangements directly with the people involved and keep an alternative way to access essential plans during an outage.

WeekBuffer does not provide childcare, emergency monitoring, medical advice, legal advice, employment advice or live traffic predictions. It does not vet caregivers or make decisions for employers. The planning engine uses deterministic rules rather than generative AI. These descriptions of the service do not exclude our duty to provide it with reasonable care and skill or any other mandatory responsibility.

Only enter information you are entitled to use for genuine household planning. Use nicknames or other minimal labels for children and places. Children do not have accounts; we do not ask for their full names, birth dates, photos or contact details. Do not enter medical information, school names, exact home addresses, identity documents or unnecessary private narratives. Tell the other adults and caregivers whose details you provide about WeekBuffer and its Privacy Notice. Do not pretend to grant their consent.

Admitted household adults can see shared planning inputs, care arrangements and neutral busy-time information. Private connected-calendar labels, credentials and raw event content are not shared as household event content. Household owners can manage membership; other adults can leave through the household controls. Removing a member does not erase a copy they previously downloaded or saw. Before inviting someone, consider whether sharing a household schedule is appropriate, including where there is a safeguarding or relationship concern.

An owner must transfer ownership or delete the household before deleting their own account. A household deletion affects its shared planning records; an individual account deletion is a different action. The Privacy Center explains and confirms the chosen scope. Statutory requests remain available by email without an account.

You choose whether to connect Google and which calendars to use. Only connect calendars you are authorized to access. Separate permission is required for optional Protected Busy Blocks written to your own selected calendar. You can disconnect in WeekBuffer and revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting does not delete your ordinary Google events. Microsoft/Outlook is not offered as an active integration.

Caregiver links are for a specific request and must be kept private. A caregiver may decline or stop requests. Do not use invitations or care requests for advertising, repeated unwanted contact or pressure. Email or calendar delivery can be delayed or fail; an unanswered message is not acceptance. Google and payment providers also apply their own terms to their services, without reducing our responsibilities for WeekBuffer.

Do not impersonate people, monitor them without authority, access another household, upload unlawful material, send spam, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or evade authentication, payment or privacy controls. Do not use the service to threaten, harass or harm anyone. Security testing must be limited to accounts and data you control, following https://weekbuffer.com/security.

You retain your rights in information you provide. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to deliver the requested service and manage it as described in the Privacy Notice. This is not a licence to sell your family information or use it in advertising. We and our licensors retain rights in WeekBuffer's software, design and service materials. You may use the service and your outputs for personal household purposes; this does not transfer ownership of the software. Nothing here restricts a use that applicable law makes non-excludable.

We maintain the service and may make changes for security, legal compliance, compatibility or service improvement. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change where practicable, explain its effect and any right to cancel or obtain a refund. We will not retrospectively reduce an already purchased access period merely by changing this page. Necessary urgent security measures may take effect immediately. Where EU digital-service rules apply, we provide the updates, including security updates, needed to keep the service in conformity for the applicable supply period. A modification beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity must have a valid reason under this section, carry no additional cost and be explained clearly. If it negatively affects access or use beyond a minor effect, we provide reasonable advance notice on a durable medium and the applicable right to terminate free of charge within 30 days of the notice or modification, whichever is later, unless we enable you to retain an unchanged conforming service at no extra cost. Other mandatory remedies remain available.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, fraud, security threat or legal obligation. We will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us and remedy the issue where lawful and appropriate. Restrictions must be proportionate; a disputed charge does not remove your data-protection rights. If we discontinue a paid service or end it for reasons not caused by your breach, we will provide the refund or other remedy required for the undelivered service. You can stop using WeekBuffer at any time. Cancelling renewal and deleting an account are separate actions; see the purchase terms before doing either.

We are responsible for failing to meet our contractual and legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude. No blanket financial liability cap, compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver or indemnity is imposed on consumers by these Terms.

In the EU and UK, applicable rights concerning digital services, conformity, reasonable care, cancellation and remedies remain available. Australian consumers retain their non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the remedies applicable to service failures. US consumers retain protections under applicable federal and state law. Descriptions of limitations in planning results do not override these rights.

Send complaints to support@weekbuffer.com with your account email, the issue and the remedy you seek, without passwords or unnecessary family details. We will investigate and respond. You may also use an applicable consumer authority or dispute-resolution body, including Bulgaria's Commission for Consumer Protection at https://kzp.bg. We do not require you to complain to us before using a legal right and do not claim membership in a particular ADR scheme. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available.

Bulgarian law governs these Terms, subject to the mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside that apply to you. This clause does not require a consumer to bring proceedings only in Bulgaria or remove access to a competent local court. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as lawful, without replacing it with a less favourable consumer term.

We identify each version and its publication date. Material contractual changes will be notified in advance where required and presented for fresh acceptance when appropriate; posting a revised page alone does not authorize a new charge. Privacy changes do not retrospectively expand an earlier consent. Contact us for the version applying to your account or transaction.
