Caregiver request information
A named household adult supplies a helper’s name and email address to ask for specific care. WeekBuffer uses that contact detail for the request and its delivery status. A helper does not need an account.
The private request page shows the initiating adult, one child’s label, date, time, requested action and an optional deliberately shared care label. It does not show the household’s work calendar, other children or plan risks.
Supplying a contact detail is not consent on the helper’s behalf. Requests can be stopped for the originating household; a second helper record with the same address cannot bypass that choice. Recipient response and direct stop actions must be available before request email delivery is enabled.
Email delivery is not enabled yet. Verified support channels will be published on the contact page before delivery starts. This operational explanation supplements the reviewed Privacy Notice; it does not replace it.
